HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Contact us at [email protected] or call us at (757) 481-0960.  Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will be notified via email with a BOL and carrier contact information. 

PAYMENT

We will send you a Credit Card Authorization Form at the time your order is placed.  Once your order is confirmed and yourpayment information is received, your order is processed in our system.  If you cancel after confirmation, you will incur a 15% Cancellation Fee.  We accept all major credit cards, checks, e-checks and wire transfers.

DELIVERY

All delivery dates quoted in checkout are estimates.  In-stock items are processed for shipment 48 hours after the order is placed.  Actual delivery dates are determined by the carrier based on the destination and carrier load.  All items not in stock will show an estimated arrival date and you will be notified via email when they restock and are ready to ship.  Please note, due to complexities in the current supply channels, there are longer than normal production lead times.

Items shipping UPS are expected to arrive within 10 days of order receipt.

Commercial delivery times are subject to region.

White Glove deliveries are currently running 4-6 weeks of order receipt.  Our delivery partners will contact customers directly to schedule delivery.

International Orders:

We only ship to the contiguous 48 states; we do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.  For International orders, please provide a freight forwarder.

 

RETURN POLICY

Kenian does not accept returns for buyers remorse.  For damaged items see below.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE; WHAT DO I DO?

Damages to merchandise are rare, but does happen occasionally.  In the event your Kenian item arrives damaged or there is a defect, we will make it right.  We ask that you note any imperfections at the time of receipt and send us photos of the damage (product, carton labels and packaging) to [email protected] with 48 hours. While we are working to correct the problem, please DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR DELIVERY RECEIPTS.  If packaging is discarded, we have the right to deny a damage claim.

If you refuse your furniture delivery due to damage or manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately so a Return Authorization can be provided to our warehouse.  Once items are received, we will then review and assess the condition of the product so that we can determine how to best resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

If you refuse delivery of undamaged products, you are subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as return freight and we reserve the right to deny your return and refund.

If you receive the wrong item, please follow the damaged product steps above. 

COLOR

Please note that the digital images we display have the most accurate color possible, however, due to different computer monitors as well as the natural variations found in rattan, we can not be responsible for variations found between the actual product and your screen.  If you have any hesitation, we encourage you to order a swatch which can be found under our "samples" tab. 

 

VARIANCES

Please note each piece is unique. Rattan has natural variationS and color and finish may differ slightly between pieces. 

WHERE DO OUR ORDERS SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Archdale, NC 27263.

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, please refer to our warehouse address below.  Order pick-ups require an appointment 24 hours in advance as well as a reference number that will be provided once your order is processed.   Our warehouse location is -

PAINT TO ORDER

We offer a variety of products that come unfinished and can be custom painted upon request.  These items are found under "Shop Products" ---> "Paint To Order."

A 50% deposit is required when paint orders are placed. International orders require payment in full. 

You can choose from one of our standard colors or select a COM color of your choice.  Please see Custom Paint Program Tab for a list of colors and additional information.
