Do you have store locations?
No, we are a wholesale-based company. Our High Point Showroom (see Showroom for location) has various samples of our merchandise. See Sales to find a Sales Representative in your area who can assist you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards – American Express, Visa and MasterCard. We also accept checks from pre-approved customers.
What is your return policy?
Kenian does not accept returns.
My item arrived damaged/defective; what do I do?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Customer Service at (757) 481-0960. While we’re working to correct the problem, please do not discard the delivery receipts or any of the packaging. Also send us photos of the damage (product and packaging) and photos of the carton label(s); this will help us expedite the process as we work with the delivery courier and our warehouse. We’ll follow-up with you within 1 business day.
I received a wrong item; what do I do?

Where do our orders ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Lexington, NC 27292.
Does Kenian Drop Ship?
Yes, but this should be designated on the order sent to Kenian. We must also know if the ship to address is commercial or residential. Residential shipments have higher freight rates and longer ship times.
